I don't wanna keep posting the same over and over but I will bite and give you a few (but fast I got some other things to take care off atm) I have already answered this like 15 times but people don't wanna look back and read. Being able to control managers in matches, and maybe some backstage fights.

I can think of one thing ok maybe two things. They were great for their time, but time's moved on, and for me, the changes are definitely for the better.ĭarkie님이 먼저 게시:I don't think many of you played the games 10-13 years ago!! if you had you would notice all the massive amount of content we have lost in wrestling games!! now its purely a 1 trick pony like so many other games around and a large one.īut what exactly are we missing? I am curious cause I played wrestling games 10-13 years ago. But on the whole, it's so much more fluid and realistic than it used to be. It ended pretty quickly, because I haven't got the hang of kicking out of pins yet, but that's just practice. It looked almost exactly like the start of a WWE match. A couple of hours ago I played an online match - Cena v Reigns - early on we were chain wrestling, chucking a few reversals in here and there, the occasional punch/basic takedown. Can things be improved, always, that's what sequels are for, but its getting closer to the show. Yeah that's what I thought a couple of times, I thought i'm actually watching a wrestling match not a madly run around the ring reversing everything arcade fest. Playing this makes me feel like I'm almost just watching wrestling which is what a wrestling game should make me feel like. No longer are we in the era of button mashing arcade wrestling games, where every single move is reversed and nothing happens. Sure games like HCTP were more fun at the time but this game actually feels like wrestling. Literally Bayley님이 먼저 게시:I'd say it is the best wrestling game made to this point.
HAPPY WHEELS WWE GAMES SERIES
If WWE 2k16 become a milestone to a new series in a evolution like Smackdown vs RAW, I think we will have a new "probably best WWE game ever" every year. but now it seens the WWE game series found it true destiny once more.
HAPPY WHEELS WWE GAMES PS2
It actually remembers me how well the WWE games evolved over the time on PS2 with WWE: Smackdown vs RAW but started to got out of tracks in the next console generation until that trashy 2k15. If the developers don't start to cut content out on previous games and actually add even more content, WW 2k17 or 2k18 may become a unstopabble beast and that's for sure.

If I do think it is the best WWE game ever? Probably not, but for sure it will be a new milestone and one of the bests. It's a balance between arcade and skills, in my opinion.

HAPPY WHEELS WWE GAMES PLUS
Generally I HATE miny games in a competitive game, but actually does on 2k16 suits very fine, especially because they are no luck games and demands some skill and attention, plus the influence of your fighter skills and stamina/life conditions. This difference also solved a problem of previous 2KXX, where there was almost no difference to play with an newbie wrestler or a legend, but now with the reversal system it's really a challenge to go with the green guy against a maniac like Bret Hart, Stone Cold or that beast Undertaker.Īlso, I did loved the miny games for pin, submission, Royal Rumble, chain gappling and such. To manage your stamina and reversal actually adds a news strategy depth to the game wich is very nice. In no other wrestling game I played, neither from the old SNes, N64, PS2 or PC, you have a system to properly balance the mayhem of wrestler throwing move after move and reversing all of the time. The bigguest highlight to me definitely is the stamina system combined with the reversal bar. The gameplay is smooth, the controls seens responsive and intutive and while it can be complex, it took me no much more than 3 or 4 matches to got the control of what I'm doing. I do have my critics for this game and it still miss some features of previous 2KXX titles, by the final result still is very nice and totally took me by surprise.
